[Milsurplus] BC-1000 Recap

Hi,
I'm recapping a BC-1000, with its mix of paper, mica, and ceramic
capacitors.  Does anyone know what type is in the cans and how to get at
them.  I'm still getting 10mA of screen current with no filament on, and I
think I've replaced everything wax except the filaments.
