[Milsurplus] Panel Meter

Rick,

To save having to go dig the TM out of the box, were the original meters on 
the BC-610-I the sealed type with the bulging glass?  And is the center-line 
mounting hole at the top or bottom of the meter?  I have a partially parted out 
BC-610-F that may still have its meters.
