I did a Google seach for Dzus and found among many others:

before I realized you were in Oz.  However, go through the pages which come up on Google, and then contact whoever in your area sells Southco brand fasteners.   Try companies who service race cars or aircraft for example.  The URL above has a good drawing of the components of the fastener which should help in parts selection.
