[Milsurplus] ATD + RAX

In reviewing Mike Hanz's photos, I was struck with the same thought of mating the ART-13 with that set of receivers.  Except the RAX are not remotable, AFIK, and that often is the criteria.  Example: Recent land sites were populated with the marginally useful Racal 6790s simply because of the RS-232 connector on tha back, which other radios were late in offering.  The other thing is vintage, and I am unsure of the timetable of introduction of the two equipments.  But I'm sure someone with those dates on the tip of their tongue will help us out.
