[Milsurplus] Hum

Rick,

First, is it really 60 cps or 120 cps?  Second, as the BC-614-E has no 
loudspeaker, where are you listening in order to hear it?  And what are you 
listening to it with (i.e., loudspeaker, headset, etc.)?
