[Milsurplus] 1626 Tube Base Hole

It was done to connect the suppressor to the cathode, as in the 807.  This
was shown in several old ARRL handbooks, I really don't know why you
couldn't have done it at the socket, but hey, I guess people had more time
than money back then.  I guess the 1625's were cheap.
