Probably 208 VAC 3 Phase. That was what mine was.

You might be surprised about the crank and rods. Usually, even
submerged, those very seldom rust.

At 1800 RPM, that one would run nearly forever. At 3600, forget it.
It seems that our general advice is to have it rebuilt. Go to the nearest
technical school or mechanical engineering school.
I work at a University and those departments are ALWAYS looking for
projects such as yours for their students.
In every one of those I have been involved with, the job was excellently
done, and the cost was only for parts.
