[Milsurplus] French PRC6-6 manual available now

A few days ago, someone was asking about the French PRC6-6 manual. With thanks
to Alan Tasker for supplying the original and Keith Watt for reformatting it, it
is now available for free as a .pdf on the Trackpads site:

The manual is in French BTW. It's  PW protected, but PWs are free upon request.
