[Milsurplus] Navy type TDE Transmitter

I purchased an old and very large Navy TDE Transmitter today. Out side of 
not being operated for several years, and collecting dirt, it looks to be in 
fairly good condition. My question is, where would I look for information on 
this transmitter such as manuals, history, etc? I do not think I wont to 
operate this unit, but would like it as a conversation piece in my shack and 
operational.
