[Milsurplus] AVT-15/AVR-20

Hi all,

I fired up an AVT-15, and there is one other consideration.

The transmitter uses a large size crystal, almost the size of
the FT-171 for the BC-610. I think the oscillator may be
too hard on the FT-243 size crystals.

The original 4 mc/s crystal in my AVT-15 was bad, an FT-243
made it work, but I was a little nervous about the transmitter
ruining the smaller FT-243. I didn't key it up long enough to
find out.

The AVT-112 will use FT-243's with no problem.
