[Milsurplus] Relay

I have another obscure or I think it's obscure item I need.  It's a 
vacuum relay for a SA-22/ART-13 Antenna Switching Unit.  The relay unit 
is numbered LM-26G.   It's a 24 vdc relay at 91 ohm impedance.  I also 
need one of the back steatite insulators that goes on the selector 
switch for the same unit.  I received this today and it seems to have a 
problem or two as you can see.  Any ideas?

Robert, I know you can put me on to something if you don't have it 
yourself.  :-)
