[Milsurplus] Andrea RAK-7 VLF receiver and PSU

HI,
I am looking for a Operator and maintenance manual for this receiver(  
"Andrea RAK-7 VLF receiver and PSU")and matching power supply.
Does anybody know if there is one currently posted online somewhere that I  
could download?or...? 
I would love to get this receiver and PSU up and running.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
