Hey Mark -

Yes, he's been selling off his collection for a couple of years, now.
As I understand it, he picked this stuff up over the decades and has
quite a stack of it. Connectors, manuals, and some very
old/scarce/unusual rigs, too. I picked up a complete unissued spares
set for my RU-16/GF-11 a while back. Wasn't cheap like 'the good ol'
days', but well worth it to me.

He had a Norden bombsight on there a while ago. What a nifty trinket!

I think it was Taigh Ramey who mentioned being able to find pretty
much anything he needed for his restorations, usually NOS or unissued,
somewhere in the world. He's right, and August is just another of the
soruces available. Folks just need to keep in mind that the $5 NIB
ARC-5 receivers aren't as plentiful as they once were. Took me a while
to adjust to it, but I'm glad I did.

We are indeed fortunate...
