[Milsurplus] surplus B 17s, one story

I was a pre teenager in Portland, Oregon and remember visiting "The 
Bomber" as the gas station was known many times.  Would have been 1949 
or early 1950 and anyone could climb up into the complete plane.  
Everything was there except the 50 cal guns, bomb sight, and couple 
other goodies.   Over the years the plane became nothing more than a 
empty skin and has been locked for some time.    It was quite a tourist 
thing and the subject of many newspaper stories and photos.
