[Milsurplus] SCR 399 & SCR 499...jeep mobile

There are line drawings in Change 1 to TM 11-2715.  The BC-610-E sits 
sideways in the rear of the Jeep, with the meters facing the driver's side.  BC-939 
is mounted behind driver's seat.  Several of the chests get cut up or otherwise 
modified.  Generator used is PE-75 instead of PE-95 (no heaters are used).  
Only one receiver (BC-342) is used, mounted in place of passenger's seat.
