[Milsurplus] Schematic needed for CV-1694/GRC-129

Subject says it all.  I know the thing is fairly simple, but it would  
be nice to have a complete diagram around should I ever need to do  
any troubleshooting in the future.

*also*  Before I connect the thing, what is the function of the  
"control" line if used with a radio other than a R-1247/GRC-129?   
Wondering if it's an output to the rx or an input to the convertor.
