[Milsurplus] the RAL again. audio gain control

I didn't: someone else did on one of my RALs. He drilled a hole 
(shudder) above and to the right of the dial readout, although he DID 
use an RAL knob for it. I would never have put it there although that 
position IS very close to where it needs to be connected.

I haven't yet figured out where to put mine, but I think I may use the 
"AVC" control position, since the limiter doesn't really work very well 
and has limited use.
