[Milsurplus] Where was RAL & RAK used?

This would seem to be the case with the U.S.S. Cassin Young up in Boston, MA,

The site tour includes a picture of Emergency Radio and an RAK/RAL pair.   No 
Main Radio pix but I've been on board and saw   SRT and SSR equipment   
installed there,
