He's a frequent seller on ebay, and I've never heard a disparaging word
about him.  I've purchased two items (a small Type 882 and a large Type 102)
from him in the past with complete satisfaction.

He ships from Canada, so there may be import duties of some sort that UPS
will assess you in addition to the basic shipping charge he will quote.  I
don't know what the rules are on that sort of thing...just know that on one
shipment (via UPS) I received a bill from UPS for these duties a couple of
weeks after the package arrived.
