[Milsurplus] Bendix Radio...

While digging through some old gear I've had stowed away for years I ran 
across a piece of equipment I can't readily identify.  It's manufactured 
by Bendix Radio MRT-3B Communications Unit.  It states it is 
manufactured by Bendix Radio a division of Bendix Aviation 
Communication.  It measures about 16" long, 8" wide and 3 3/4" thick.  I 
probably weighs 15 or 20 pounds.  It has shock mounts on one end.  It 
has a vibrator power supply and is complete except for one tube.  Does 
anyone know what I have?
