[Milsurplus] Transformer Catalogs...

A while back someone listed a page or site that had numerous transformer 
catalogs and reference sheets.  Does anyone know where that is, I seem 
to have lost it.  I'm looking for information on a Freed transformer 
#23497.  That's the only number on it, but I'm not sure it's a 
manufacturers number.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
