Hello Hue,

There's a book called "The Sledge Patrol" by British author Davis Howarth 
(who also wrote "The Shetland Bus" from personal experiences) that outlines 
the various actions against German WX stations and missions on Greenland. 
This is still in print, see Amazon. I have "War Below Zero", published 1944 
that gives some info, that might be long out of print but happy to scan any 
info for you, there are some detailed accounts in that book of attacks on 
the stations. I also have a "Canadian Geographic" magazine article from the 
early 1980s dealing with an automatic WX station established by U-Boat on 
the Labrador coast, not quite Greenland but nearby!
