[Milsurplus] TCS Loading Coil Wiring

There were several design changes at TCS-6 (handles being the most obvious).  
Another was relocation of the RF ammeter from the hot to the cold side of the 
output circuit.  And in the receivers, iron core IF transformers.  The only 
transmitter here at the house is an "A".  I have several "Non-A" over in 
Storage.  I'll take a look when I get a chance.
