There is a nice 6 page piece written by  Dale Gagnon, KW1I in this months Electric Radio describing the  MRCA event held each September in Gilbert, Pa which is located near the Pocono mountains.  Lots  of photos and a very nice description of the event that is held in conjunction with  the Red Ball Military  Vehicle Rally. The coordination by Steve  Finelli and his staff with the Military Vehicle  folks is outstanding and results in one of the finest events that I have ever attended. The MRCA meet along with Reb Ball Rally with plenty of military vehicles, huge flea market with tons of electronics, communications, and military items.   It just don't get any better than that.  :-)
