One thing that I have noticed for the past maybe five years, and increasing,
are the number of MV collectors who not only want radios in their vehicles but
want them if not always ready to turn on and work at least complete to the
point where they could say that they do or should work. Before that it was
quite often they wanted a nice looking case but preferred nothing in it to hold
the weight down. I think the plus side to this, besides providing a market for
some of us, is that MV's very seldom end up in landfills.
