Thats just what I hear these days at ham rallies. You get up before  dawn, 
drive  3 hour to a cold damp hall in some run down flea pit of a  town, set up 
stall and await the unwashed masses. 
 
Then, you get the 'I remember when you could buy one of those from  Tottenham 
Court Rd for 3 shilling 6 pence farthing', or, even more pathetic,  'I'd love 
to buy that but the wife would kill me'. My heart bleeds for these  folk. 
 
No wonder I have given up on rallies. I can find far betting things to do  on 
a cold Sunday morning in bed I can tell you.
 
Not long now and it'll all be over for another year. Yo ho ho. :-)
