[Milsurplus] BC-348 update

Many thanks to the three offering the rf deck as I requested, it will be  
nice to get the set back as it should be. 
 
Some success though. The EF800 installed as the mixer was removed and  socket 
rewired for a ECH81 I found. Success, on switch on the set was working  after 
a fashion. Certainly mixes now though the rf may still need looking at. 
 
While I wait for the original chassis I'll see if I can improve on the work  
so far.
