The 1.5 to 3 mc, 3 to 6 mc, and 6 to 9.1 mc RAV receivers have the same CBY-4610x numbers as the equivalent receivers in the ARA (CBY-46104, 46105, 46106). I assume that the equivalent RAV/ARA receivers are identical. Does the name plate on the RAV sets state that the unit is part of the RAV, just as ARA is specified on the common ARA name plates? It seems unusual that the same 4610x unit would be labeled as part of two separate sets.
The RAV CBY-46102 (.19 to .55 mc) and CBY-46103 (.52 to 1.5 mc) radios differ from their ARA (CBY-46129, 46145) equivalents. The ARA units do not have the RAV unit's loop antenna connections and switch. It surprises me that the RAV loop connections and switch then re-appeared on the R-23 and R-24/ARC-5 equivalents.
