What cheesses me off is that Ward and I (Ward Kremer is the seller)
discussed that BC-189 at the AWA show just a few months back, and I
was interested in buying it. At the time, it included the DU loop, but
I do not remember the RBM power unit. I told him the loop was not part
of the radio, so he said he would separate it from the deal.
Apparently back then it was not so historic. I also told him that the
BC-189 was the standard field radio for the Signal Corps in the late
1930s, and that I even had the transit case, dynamotor, and some coils
for it, but no radio - thus my interest in the radio.
So there you have it - I have to say that my opinion of him has fallen
greatly. He has been a customer of mine in the past, but at this point
if I lose him because of this rant, I really do not care.
