[Milsurplus] Latest e-pray tactics

Gosh, we all know many on e-bay are greedy but have you seen the latest  
tactic. 
 
The dude offers up a set then states he's listing the psu, the lead, the  
spare valves and the handbook all separately. So if your unlucky you could end  
up with the set and no psu, or the set, psu and no lead, or.... a lead with  
nothing to plug it into, etc.
 
If that's not greed I don't know what is. 
 
Still, seems private advertising brings little rewards so there seems to be  
no alternative.
