[Milsurplus] Is TBX-6 Radio Hot or Cold

Does anyone happen to know for certain (actual measurements) whether radium 
based paint was or was not used on the radio for the TBX-6?  I just had an 
inquiry from a non-radio (MV) type who found most of the set in the transit case 
and that was one of his questions.  I've never checked that particular model 
myself.  Navy Type Number would be either CG-43005-C (or -D if modified by the 
Navy).
