I just wanted to thank everyone who offered help and advice through my 
R-388 PTO repair.  I'm happy to report all is well and I have about 1 kc 
over all deviation from end to end.  It was actually a lot of fun and I 
learned a lot on the way.  Thanks!

Now, can someone, please, tell me what I did wrong when I put the front 
panel back on to cause the "zero" adjust to slightly move the dial?  I 
have adjusted every thing I can adjust and it still has a little catch 
in it that pulls the dial right or left when I move the "zero" control.  
I know I put something back wrong or left something out because it 
didn't do it before I took it apart.  Any ideas?
