In general, electrolytics are used in filter and other applications where the
actual capacitance value is uncritical (to put it politely). Thus, any variation
is irrelevant.

BTW, some ceramic capacitors have VERY large voltage coefficients of
capacitance. I once built a triangle generator using a ceramic in the FB loop of
an integrator. The result was almost a sine wave.
