No, only use the Oak vibrators.  The vibrator driving coils are driven 
directly on 6 volts, and through dropping resistors on 12 and 24 volts. 
  My experience is that not all replacement vibrators will work well 
with any value of dropping resistor.  The filament vibrator can be 
replaced with a pair of HV transistors in a multivibrator, which works 
very well.
Also the solid-state vibrators are merely multivibrators, and won't work 
on 6, 12, and 24 volts.

As noted, check or replace the HV filter capacitors, and the rest may be 
ok. (except the buffers!)

I worked on one about a year ago, and had to bend about half of that big 
relay contacts to make it work right.
