I looked for a print / instruction abstract 2 yr.s back & I'm tryin' again

Seems to be a selective voltmeter for carrier fones of the late 40s.  Had
an 0B2 & 2 6BA7s so it sorta whispers 1949.

Just reformed it's electrolytics & the one Mallory FP was reluctant.  Got
a little warm.  Ready to plug in a URM-25 as sig source & mess with it
