[Milsurplus] Wanted for R-388/51J-3

Since someone else asked about finding an "extra" tag for an 
R-388/51J-3, i'll do the same.  Since i don't know exactly what contract 
number applies to this radio i guess it doesn't make any difference what 
the tag would say.

It looks like there are what looks like some ragged, missing parts 388's 
at an auction in the Midwest coming up shortly, maybe one of them will 
have something.
