[Milsurplus] T-195 parts

All: I picked up a T-195 at the Manassas, VA hamfest a couple of months ago.  I'm beginning to dig into the unit and find that it needs (a) the slug rack (WHY would someone remove the slugs??????) and the 400 Hz motor for the rotor inductor.  Does anyone on list have either an exciter module or the motor in question?

Side note: Are the slugs for the T-195 similar to those for the R-390A / R-392?  I guess I could find an old RF deck and rob the slugs...

That's just what I need.  I have a TBW, which works fine with old carbon 
mics, but they aren't getting better and are not high-fidelity.  What's 
the schematic?
