[Milsurplus] How About a Gray TBY?

I think it would be fun (relative fun) to go over the grey
TBY with a "meter" ( euphemism; i won't mention what
kind of meter, lest i provoke an irritated response from
certain list members. )

Probaby the reason the grey is surprising, right, is that
you'd think the USN canned all the TBY's for sure, at
1945, if not before. Maybe this is a civvy repaint???
