[Milsurplus] 60/400 cycle indicator use?

This meter is about 1-1/2" diameter and one of them is installed (but not 
working) in my TS-382C/U Audio Oscillator, where it sits across the high-level 
output of the oscillator.  I haven't dug through the old Radio Masters to try to 
find the specs of the meter nor through the TS-382 manuals to see what the 
oscillator output is.  But before you burn both of them out, I could use one to 
repair this unit here.  :-)
