[Milsurplus] Identify some small modules?

If those modules have pins on one end to plug in, they may be from the Motorola portable variant, which I no longer recall the name of.  The original commercial "Walkie Talkie".  Maybe that was the name.  It has been a few years.  Is the wire insulation fabric covered rubber which crumbles at the slightest touch?  That would clinch it.
