If the missing module is on the bottom center, it isn't used in the
TRC-68.  That is where the dynamotor / blower is mounted to power the
VRC-24.  The TRC-68 gets it's power and air supply from the correct case.
 You should see an add on aluminum baffle near the rear connector on the
bottom of the TRC-68 configured R/T to direct air into the PA assembly.

It is surprising how hot they can get and still meet spec.  I have seen
them so hot that you couldn't get a firm hold to lift it.  It was the
only time I needed gloves when stationed at Mactan AB, RPI.  After a
4X150 swap, good as new.  If you can locate a dynamotor, the TRC-68
should play in the VRC-24 case.

Never saw a mobile TRC-68 but they may have been installed in shelters. 
The GRA-53, GRA-54 and URC-9 are all basically the same beast.  If it was
on wheels, it's a VRC-24.
