[Milsurplus] USM-3A manual

Just picked up an almost complete USM-3A test set, apparently only 
missing the flashlight and a few patch cords, at the Kutztown meet.  
Anyone have a manual for sale/rent/loan/copy?  It does have the 
settings for the TV-4A tube tester but no other documents.
