[Milsurplus] B-45 radios

The B-57 was the Martin built Americanized version of the
British designed Canberra. Not sure when the Canberra entered
English(or British Empire) service, but I'm pretty sure
the B-57 would have been too late for Korea.

Another interesting tidbit about the B-45. Even though the
end result was totally different, the B-45 project started
as a design study to convert the B-25 to jet power.
