[Milsurplus] what is this old power supply?

Wow that's interesting.. well, maybe someone need it, or maybe I can find 
the set.. I don't want to part it out, it's probably rare.

I wonder if I could obtain just the schematic, to test it. All the wires 
look alike in that thing!

Hey don't I need to send you some $ for FA8190/8191 manuals?

I need your address if that's still on.
