[Milsurplus] Anyone know what a GRC-13 is?

Mike and the group,
Link offered a GRC-13 on eBay in August 2004, starting price $900.  There 
were no bids.
I bought one in November the same year for about $150.
I recall one went for a good deal more money some time before that, but have 
no record of it.
Some day I'd like to get it up and running ...
