They aren't calling it that.  It is a Military vehicle rally of the
Georgia MVPA.  There is more info at:

I thought this might come up after I posted the same message to both
lists.  I am an active member on the MV list, but lurk here most of the
time.
I plan to take some other radio stuff to the rally also.  I have
a mast set and a few other odds and ends.  I don't know as much about
the radio stuff as most of you, but I am a sucker for anything OD green
and will pick it up is the price is right.
