[Milsurplus] Project assist

The thought occurred that maybe  some of the milsurplus list lost all
their collections with  Katrina. Maybe it's an impossible /difficult
task to help but  I make the suggestion that a  central dispersal
centre  be established to accept  any donations of gear for subsequent
distribution.
 I have a couple of smallish items that i can post over at my  cost.
 Anyway that's the idea  -- anyone want to  run with it ?
