BPB Surplus in Florida has the 488A-2 inverter (but not the rack associated with it) shown at:

Are you sure you need the 714E-6?  I don't know how it differs from the -3 model.

The most common surplus 618T sets seem to be the 618T-2 (AN/ARC-94) and the 618T-3 (AN/ARC-102).
