[Milsurplus] us navy search radar wing mount pods

CAY is the manufacturer code for Westinghouse.  Otherwise I was thinking you might have an APS-4 radar pod.  But, I believe Western Electric made most of the APS-4 radars and had a manufacturer code of CW1.
