Battery BA-2 contains 15 A-cells for an open-circuit terminal voltage of 22.5
volts. Outside dimensions are 3-7/16" L x 2-1/32" W x 2-19/32" H. It has
two stripped and tinned wire leads. Early in the war, external markings and
colour scheme were those of the various contractors. Later ones were OD external
color with black lettering. The BA-30 is, of course, a D-cell.
